CLOSED NOW - Opens at 4:30am

I went through the drive-thru purchased two drinks. Sat in the car and went back through drive-thru for refill. They didn't do it so I walked in based on what they told me at the drive thru speaker.



I walk in, all eyes on me.

Me "Hi can I get a refill on my iced coffee?"

Employee: with an attitude "hmm, I havnt seen you at all tiday."

Me, "I went in through the drive through and sat outside."

Employee, again with an attitude "well we don't do refills for drive through, but we will today out of curtesy."

Me: "thanks, I didn't know if we bought through drive-thru I couldn't, sorry."

Employee, "it's okay"



My thoughts, if it's okay why did you have to be rude And tell me you havnt seen me all day in there with an attitude like repremending me. I'm a loyal starbucks customer but won't be back there.
