Stopped into this location to get my son a crosage and boutonniere for prom, the florist was unhelpful, and rude! Plus there selection was awful. So grateful Safeway had what I wanted and went out their way to help me! They will now get all my business!

my boyfriend and I encountered the worst experience you can possibly imagine, on 05/26/15 around 9 pm my boyfriend went to frys to pick up formula for our daughter with a wic check. He got to the register and the cashier scanned the 5 cans of similac advanced 12.04 ounces. The total came to 79.95 she filled out the check and had him sign as she got ready to scan the check a manger walked up and said let me see your wic book, he said ok and showed her. She then said your name is signed on the wrong line. He told the manger I will provide you with my id social and debit card to prove my identity , she then snatched the bag with the five cans of formula out of his hands and stated if you need formula that bad buy some. They belittled him in the store and he came home very upset because our one month old daughter had to go with out eating that night. The following morning I called the corporate office and reported the situation. After that I called the store that gave him the problem and asked to speak to a manager. A guy answered the phone he stated his name was David I then explained to him the situation that took place the night before and he apologized and completely understood where I was coming from. He then told me he would be in the store until 11 am and he would except the check after it has been signed and give me the formula. He said if I don't make it there by 11 he will relay the message to the next manger her name is Eva .i arrived a little after 8 pm and Eva was gone. So the manger that was there her name is Susan . She denied me the formula after I was promised I would have no issues. I tried explaining to her what happened and she completely ignored me and gave me a attitude and turned her back on me. I then said ok I am calling the police all I want is formula for my daughter. The police had arrived and made a report and as soon as she seen them she ran outside to apologize and gave me one can on the house. I told her oh now you want to be nice now that the cops are here and you denied me service. She knows her job is on the line. So now I will be calling the manager again tomorrow morning and reporting her. Hopefully David or Eva will be there so I can receive. My daughters formula. I am so furious on how poor the service was let alone how rude they Were to my boyfriend and I. I was embarrassed in front of several customers. One guy even offered to buy me a can which was really nice of him. I really hope the corporate office takes action and repremend these poor exuses of managers they have. I never had any issues shopping at other local stores or markets. This was by far my worst shopping experience. I will be leaving a follow up review .

I would like to complement the bakery staff for the wonderful job they did on my daughter's I-Carly plus photo cake(that chocolate filling was heavenly!)...she loved it!!! Thank you all! :)
