This place is run by complete idiots that have no sense of professionalism or proper customer service. I took my car in for an oil change and the moment I got it back I knew something was wrong. They tampered with my battery and 2 days later my car won't start. There are so many other places to go for car service AVOID this place.

I had a great experience here. The staff was knowledgeable and very honest. I purchased 4 new tires for my Challenger. Mitch advised me about a bad sensor light being under my warranty instead of charging me to repair it. Thank you for exceptional service!

Stay away from Fletchers!



After 3 trips to the Hunt Hwy location to have a simple screw in my tire fixed they still could not get it right and they put my family in jeopardy with unsafe workmanship.



The epic story.....



Trip #1 - determined I needed two new tires because I had a screw in the sidewall of one of them. But....the tires were not in stock, will order them come back tomorrow making a trip #2

Trip #2 - 2 new tires were put on but.....ON THE WRONG AXLE! Yes...I left there and the tire that had the screw in it still had a screw in it!

Trip #3 - They stepped up and gave me two new tires to cover the ones they should have replaced in the 1st place. - But...the tires were not in stock so trip #2 turned into trip #3.



Thinking I was well taken care of with 4 new tires........HOWEVER - then on a trip with my family to Northern AZ the vehicle was vibrating like crazy at 65mph. Very unsafe. I took the Vehicle to Discount Tire to have them re-balance the tires to make them safe and they found all but one of them were not balanced properly. I have the out of balance figures for proof and watched them do it.

Discount Tire then made me a great deal so I could leave the Fletchers nightmare and be under their umbrella.

30 minutes for Discount Tire to do what took Fletchers 3 visits....many hours on my part and they STILL could not get it right.



This could have resulted in an accident or roadside breakdown in the remote area of the White Mountains for me and my family.



Someone should let them know that their middle name is "TIRE".....Fletchers Tire and Auto?



Stay safe.....stay away.

AGAIN I AM WRITING TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THE EXPERIENCES I CONTINUE TO HAVE AT FLETCHERS..SAN TAN VALLEY..I HAVE 3 CARS..A 1998..2000..2003...YOU WOULD THINK THEY CAME OFF THE LOT...THE WORK PERFORMED WAS ACCURATE AND FAIR..THE WHOLE CREW AT FLETCHERS IS KEEPING A GOOD REPUTATION IN TACT FOR THE COMPANY THE WORK IS OUTSTANDING..THEY ARE NOT THERE TO CHEAT YOU..THEY EVEN TOPPED OFF THE FLUIDS AND CHECKED THE CAR FOR POSSIBLE PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE...PAY OFF YOUR CAR AND HAVE FLETCHERS MAINTAIN IT..DAN,DON,TONY AND THE REST OF THE GUYS ARE GREAT....T.FORD..STV AZ

I loved this Fletcher's location. I went in for an oil change. The guy that did was super nice. When I was waiting for my car to be done he came over and asked if I wanted my windshield wipers fixed. He wasn't pushy at all. I actually said yes since it is monsoon season and I have NO idea how to do it myself. The next morning I woke up to it raining. Super happy I got that guy.

BEWARE: We purchased two new tires at Fletchers and they were to replace two bad tires...with new tires going on the front and the two old (still good ones) on the back; however, they put one of the bad tires on the back instead and disposed of our good ones and now will not correct their mistake. Customer service has not called me back and I have made several attempts to contact them. POOR SERVICE and POOR REMEDIATION!
