Do not go to this GYM. I did a one year contract and was lied to when I signed up about the key fab when I signed up also. I was told it was a deposit put when I did cancel my membership was told I bought the key. Then when they charged me for what should have been my last month it was $38.00 more then it should have been. I was then charged again the next month and have been fighting to get that money back. If you read reviews about this GYM on other pages they are bad mostly the customer service. Stay away from these people

The new any time fitness on ironwood and ocotillo are so difficult to deal with. They told me on the phone that they were doing a promotion and if we came in that day it was no cost to sign up and we wouldn't have money taken out of our account for a month. So we went in there and when we were done with the paper work, he proceeds to ask for $75.00. He said oops forgot to tell you there is a key fee. We were hesitant but he said he would give us a week to pay and we already had the paper work done. Then two days later when we came in with cash in hand we saw they took the membership fee of 65 out of our account. He said oops we will put it back in but it took five days so we had to use the cash to cover their mistake. Then they said they would give us November free and to pay the key fee by mid November. But then before mid-November they took money out of our account again for membership fees (even before what would have been our due date). This time our account went in the negative and we had to wait another five days to get our money back. So at that point we could not trust them with our account so we gave the keys back and said since they could not follow the contract we wanted to end the contract. He had been nothing but stress. He said he could not end it, we had to keep it and he tried to give me the keys back. I said we don't want them and gave the keys to him. When I asked him again about ending the contract he said no, he had other people to help. So I tried to sit in the chair by the office and he said no those are for customers he was helping and he made me sit on the couch behind the office. At that point I called his supervisor and then he came back and said I was too loud on my phone and to leave or he would call the cops. There was one person not even that close to me and she never even looked over my way. But then he went to help some one else and I got no where on the phone with that supervisor. So I sat back in the chair by the office and asked him to give me the owners name and number to help me since they could not. The contract says the owner makes that decision anyway. Then I started talking to a neighbor that was there and once again he told me to stop talking or he would call the cops. So the friend left. He proceed to call the company that handles the money to see if I could get it sooner and then he called the cops. The cops showed up and said to try again later. Still they refuse to end the contract and its been over a month since the problems started and we have not used the gym except a few times the first week before all the problems started. They just say oops next month it will be taken out correctly. Sorry three strikes and bad customer service, we are done. The gym is pretty nice but not those who run it. Be very leary of giving them your account information.
