This Company is fabulous! I recently moved to the Bay area from out of state. Before moving into the house we had Masood at Silk road odyssey clean and repair 3 large antique rugs. It was a really wonderful experience.
From pick up to final delivery, from cleaning to cutting and installing the pads these guys were total pros. A lot of larger businesses could learn something from silk road. In addition their amazingly skilled craftsmen and expert service they're very good to work with over the phone and provide some of the best Customer service I've ever experienced, ANYWHERE!
It goes without saying...I highly suggest this company for anyone wanting work done on there rugs. As far as I'm concerned they're the only game in town.

Silk road rug specialists provided excellent service and extensive knowledge of oriental rugs. We have a number of oriental rugs and one was soiled by our dog, requiring immediate attention. Masoud came that very day. While he was with us, he asked if he could examine our other rugs. I might have thought he was just looking for a bigger job except that he found we had a serious moth infestation. The moths were living in our den and had eaten large holes in that rug. In order to moth proof all our rugs, we sent them all out. Some also needed repair and new fringe.
They moved all furniture as needed and replaced it once the rugs were taken out. When they returned the rugs, they placed them where we wanted them, moving furniture again as needed. The rugs looked beautiful! The colors and softness of the rugs were renewed.
Masoud was also able to identify where each rug was made. We highly recommend Silk road odyssey and will turn to them again whenever we need our rugs cleaned.

I was so glad to find Silk Road Odyssey rug cleaning. Masood was fabulous. I had a Flokati which is very difficult to clean and they did a wonderful job. My cream colored rug now looks like it should, no more grey color. They had to move the furniture to take and replace the rug and they even came back one more time to replace the under pad for me at no additional charge. I definitely use them for all my rug cleaning.

Specially the free pick up and delivery is very helpful.

This is the best RUG cleaning place in Marin. They'll pick up your rug in hours, not days, on time and bring it back looking like new. My dog inflicted some major disasters on a wool rug and Silk Road people got all of the stains and smells out. It came back soft, fluffed and without any of that rug cleaning smell. Masood is great to deal with and the price is very reasonable.

I just got my three carpets back from Silk Road Odyssey, and I couldn't be more delighted. They were re-fringed and cleaned, and they look brand new. The estimated time to clean and re-fringe was two weeks, and they were delivered back to me in exactly two weeks. Pick up and delivery was free. Quality customer service and workmanship. AAA+

I finally decided to get our rugs fixed and cleaned. I am so glad I found this place. I am very impressed with their service and the great job they've done. The rate was fair and the delivery was so helpful and free. I highly recommend this place to all my friends.

After moving to bay area from back East it was a concern as to where to take our rugs for wash and repair.A good friend recommended silk road and they were better than what we had in Connecticut. If you are new to the area you already have your rug people, call silk road and leave your rugs to them.Excellent service.

I can set my watch with their appointments. Rugs came back clean without the pet stain.I was worried the smell of 2 dogs and a cat will stay in the rug.No trace. I'll use their services again.Tnx silk road
