Provided by YPmobileWe were in a group and our friends had a much nicer room than we did even though we checked in before them. We got to the front desk, no nice room available, of course, then we were charged 15 dollars more than quoted when reservations were made. We get to our room the carpet was not only stained but had crusty chunks on it, I take a shower and find a very scary 4 inch curly black hair. As I try to fall asleeep on the rock hard bed I hear the toilet constantly running and a high pitch ringing sound though wall.
