I first met Garren in 1997 when he worked at a local auto body shop in Marin and my car had been side swiped in San Francisco. The body shop was also where my mechanic was so when I took my car in for oil changes I could also see about having door dings removed, etc. Garren helped when one of the mirrors was stolen off of my car in the Mission, when an ex-boyfriend backed my car into a pole, and when I had a fender bender years later. Not having any family in Marin I rely on Garren’s expertise and connections in the automotive industry when I have questions about my car or friend’s cars and he is always more than happy to assist. I was so happy for Garren when I heard he was opening his own shop, Garren’s Auto Body, in 2010. Recently, I was unfortunately rear ended by a teen texting on her phone and I knew exactly who to call. Garren’s Auto Body was approved by my insurance and the other driver’s insurance and Garren knew what rental car place I would be using and offered to drop me off when I brought my car in. When I picked up my car it looked like new and had been washed and vacuumed as well. One of the nicest things about working with Garren is that he answers his work phone, not a receptionist, and when you pull up at his business he walks out to greet you. Garren has helped me with three cars that I have owned and I have referred many friends and work associates to him. I am grateful to know Garren and always glad to recommend him. His customer service is impeccable and his work is outstanding!
