These guys really know what they are doing. The facility is outfitted with a gym area as well as another open area where standing, sitting, and lying down exercises can be practiced comfortably and easily. There are several PTs to choose from and I have used several (neck, back, now hip) over the years. Each seems incredibly knowledgeable and respectful of your body (although they will work you hard). Hours are normal working hours, which is hard for people to take off work, but this is true for any doctor's office or other medical establishment. They are currently helping me get back to normal after a hip replacement and it's a hard but terrific process with their help.
