I had a really bad experience with this school. I found that the teachers were not attentive and did not treat the children with basic respect. My child on one occasion (that I knew about) fell and hit her head hard enough to leave a huge bump on her forehead. The teacher did not even mention the incident or even put an ice pack on. I was the one who called the school to get the story. In speaking with the owner, she said "I try not to get in the way of the teachers, I have procedures in place...." What a load of bull! If you are the owner with a license you need pay attention and take responsibility of your facility! Training and procedures are only good if they are followed...we are talking about caring for children here.
