I brought my car to their shop and ask about their procedures, like the process time, etc. the promised finish date was a Saturday. The only objective for my car was to install a body kit. No paint, just to re-enforce the body that I have already installed myself. I came to the shop and they were closed. Three days later, I took a visit to the shop and talk to the workers, they claimed that they didn't feel like opening on Saturday due to the fact that there wasn't much to do. They have had my car for 14 days and missed 9 work days and two job interviews (three including today) due to relying on their promised date. I am aware and understand that these things take time however, knowing your objectives, and having no accomplishment within two weeks (12 working days), in addition to that, having poor communication is unacceptable.
