This place is a ripoff. They have a bad attitude and are liars. Stay clear!! I had my a,p there for 12 weeks and it remained untouched. Then they argued that it had been only 10 weeks. If you value your gear, find someone that deserves the $.

Do not do business with this p...

Do not do business with this place for any reason whatsoever. Nothing they do or sell cannot be found elsewhere for less money. If you deal with CAE SOUND you risk great anguish and disappointment.

Really Awesome Repairs

Wow, talk about great service! I have a lot of vintage gear and I will not be taking my babies anywhere else ever! These guys ROCK! Finding someone that can make repairs on vintage gear is almost impossible and when you do find someone who says that they can get the job done it's a crap shoot! I looked for years and tried a few out there that just didn't make the cut! They tried I guess, but in the end I got mediocre service and at a huge cost to have it re repaired in short time. I was turned on to CAE Sound by a musician I met over the pond and can't thank the guy enough!

CAE brought my instruments back to life and kept me informed all along the way thanks to this cool system they have of posting their work orders on line so that you can get a handle on whats going on from anywhere, day or night. Since I am a traveling musician keeping in touch is not easy but with their system and e mail I was able to follow along day by day and make decisions every step of the way. Peter and his crew went way out of their way to find parts that some say do not exist and in some cases make parts! This guy really knows his stuff! Was it cheap? No! was It worth it? YES! If you want someone to put the pieces of your musical world back together these are the guys to go to
