Everytime I go to this Banfield I have a pleasant experience, sure every place has their issues but this place is minimal in that department. Every now and again we have a wait before we get into a room but at the same time its the beauty of being inside a petsmart, plenty to look at. The receptionists are usually very helpful and most of the time you can see they are spread thin with their phone constantly ringing. The vet we usually see is caty hilla i believe, red hair, and she is great. She doesnt seem to overdo the babytalk with my dogs just to seem like she cares, you can tell she does by her attentiveness. I have one pet on a plan to help with the frequent visits but not my other. and the best part is I work and go to school so the 7 days a weekt hing helps me out a ton. I would and do recommend this place to friends and family. Im not saying leave you family vet if you have one, but for new puppies or whatever they are great. Only downside really is if they take a lot of walkins you have to wait but if you are the walkin thats a good thing.

omg! I just got off the phone with banfield inquiring about putting my dog down. It's hard enough that i have to put my wonderful,smart and beautiful dog bruiser for medical problems down but to also have a unknowledgeble girl put me on hold every five seconds to ask someone else about my questions BUT actually hearing her ask was horrible and i had several questions and I finally asked to speak to the person who this girl was asking questions for me the lady got on the phone and was one of the rudest people i have ever spoken to. a little sensitivity would have been nice. you people are just awful
