Ross store do differ between them, but I've never had a bad experience in San Marcos. In fact, I found the employees mostly helpful and smiley - including the security guy at the front. The ladies in the fitting rooms are patient and helpful (except toward the end of the night!) AND I've found some awesome deals there!

Ross in San Marcos is a very HORRIBLE store to shop at! I love shopping at ross very great place to find clothes and shoes! I have always had a pleasent shopping experience at Oceanside, Vista, Encinitas, especially ESCONDIDO! The minut I went into San Marcos the security guy was very rude (your there to greet not be rude). As i was shopping i had a question for one of the workers and they did not even know what to do always relying on their managers, and on that note the managers are suppose to train them how to also. I let all of that go and proceeded to check out and I was actually helped by the store manager, i believe Reesha was her name. Imidiatly I recieve this rude i dont wanna be here attitude! Just horrible customer service! Never experienced that, specially the store manager i expected more of a good attitude, i know i will never go to that ross ever again! I suggest people just save their time and do NOT go at all. if you want good customer service do not go there!
