Ordered the # 8 and the girl didn't understand. Got home no tortillas called them the same snotty girl answered was rude and hung up on me. Will NEVER go back. She should be canned. Very unprofessional.

First off, good food.

Now, I work a late night job and frequent this place between 1am and 4am and I have betten getting the worst service. What's worse is, I'm a regular tipper. A good one at that. Even with crappy service. I understand, I work late night hospitality. It can really suck.

I have received substandard service the last three time I went through the drive through.

First time, when I was handed my bag of food, after tipping at least $3, I asked for hot carrots and green sauce nicely. I received an eye roll and "Really, chicka?". Yes, really.

Second time, I didn't receive my drink. But did receive hot carrots and green sauce in my bag without asking.

The third time, I asked for hot carrots at the intercom. Just to give fair warning that I wanted them. I received none. After checking my bag, I looked up to ask for some and green sauce but the window was shut and the employee was long gone. And this was after tipping $2 for a $7 meal.

The worst part is, before all of this, I liked this place and at this time with these same employees. I don't know why things have changed. But, from now on, when I pull into Jilberto's off of Nordahl and see that it's closed, I will no longer take the short ride down Mission to this establishment. Nor will I suggest it to my customers. I'm sorry.
