OUTRAGEOUSLY SLOW, RUDE, IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEES AT THE COUNTER. Never seen people move so slowly in my life. Giant line, huge wait, all totally unnecessary, as the employees at the counter laughed, made jokes, took their sweet time. Everyone was getting annoyed. Cannot believe these people are employed, or that they care about their jobs. Not only were they incredibly slow, but they clearly had zero concern for the customers who were waiting and waiting and waiting for them. Then they had the nerve to offer a fake "sorry for the wait" when they obviously weren't the slightest bit sorry, and seemed to be having a good time, showing sheer disregard for the customers. I SPEND ABOUT $700 A YEAR on auto parts, I usually go elsewhere, thought I'd give these guys a try -- and will be SURE TO GO ELSEWHERE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.
