My name is Kelly Whitesell, I am the owner of LightHouse Returns.

 

I am married to a great husband and I have 4 wonderful  children.  I believe in helping out the community and doing for others.  By being self employed I am able to do this.

 

I have been doing taxes since 2002. I began by volunteering at local senior centers. This was a great learning experience for me and I found that I was good at it and liked doing it.  However, the senior centers are limited in the types of returns they are able to complete so I decided to start my own business and provide an affordable  option for those who need their personal taxes completed affordably.  Thus, LightHouse Returns came to be in 2006 as an affordable  year round tax service!!  I believe in helping my clients understand what it is they need to do and to assist then in being more tax intelligent.

 

In 2009 LHR began assisting clients who needed help with personal budgeting and paying of their bills.  This was another great way to help out.

 

In 2011 LHR began assisting small businesses with their bookkeeping needs, so when they go to their business tax preparer they are prepared and ready. I believe in providing the best service I can and working together with clients to ensure they feel confident in the fact their needs are being met affordably.
