I am glad that things were straightened out so that the new water heater was the same model and longevity warranty as before without a big hassle.

Just wanted to thank you again for your large part in getting all the work done to our house. Chris and Timm from ESN gave us the feeling that we were VIP's and each and every tradesperson that ESN sent was terrific. The job was organized all the way and completed in an amazingly short time. Great service! Was glad to find a location close to my home. My GPS did not show this location. I found it when a young man was waving a sandwich board-type sign at a busy intersection nearby. Their waiting area is an extra nice touch making the overall experience a good one. The technician carefully explained some upcoming maintenance concerns, but didn't get pushy at all when I said I will have to work them into my budget. I left with a good info sheet that will help me with the planning. I have a different mechanical shop where I'm still likely to go for anything very technical and in-depth ...probably because I've always thought of Midas as the oil change place, even though they do more. All-in-all, a great experience and I will go back and recommend to others.

Martin and his partner (painter) - took off the popcorn and textured the ceiling, which looks fabulous.

We recently experienced a water leak and I had to call our insurance company (AAA), and in turn I was contacted by the adjuster for this claim. We were very fortunate that your company was assigned this restoration. Your company responded so promptly with fans to dry the rugs before mold set in. ESN is very lucky to have hired such trust-worthy and hardworking people. I cannot find the correct words to express my gratitude for a job well done. Your workers performed their jobs with efficiency and professionalism.

The guys who came over went beyond the call of duty and I can't thank them

These guys were beyond great. We were going through a very tough time. All we needed was a slab to make it worse. The team was so good and fast. I was prepared to have to find a plumber and found your company. When they told me they provided all that for us and moved the furniture for us I literally started crying. We cannot thank you enough.
