Called this company (fyi: the "east" and "west" coast is the same office) and the half-wit that answered had no product knowledge. Not only that, but he was confrontational, rude, and could not have seemed less interested in assisting me. I haven't experienced such poor customer service in quite a while! I can't imagine talking to our clients like he did. After a few phone calls trying to simply get a quote, I realized I would be stupider than the guy that works here to actually give this company any business. He obviously doesn't care about getting any new customers. Don't waste your time calling this company - there are plenty of great companies out there that actually give outstanding service AND offer better pricing!
