My wife and I have been dealing with these guys for over five years and have always found them to be very helpful and personable. They have a ton of great unique items at good prices. As a contractor I know the value of a good reputation and I have many of my own clients who love this place too. As far as I'm concerned, if they have even one dissatisfied customer they must have made some unreasonable or unfair demands and simply feel entitled to undeserved special treatment. In my experience and all the people I know who go here it is clear to me that their good reputation is well earned and the great service is consistent.

Great prices on a ton of unique items. If I found this stuff new it would be too expensive but here it's affordable and in great shape. Always fun shopping here!

Builders Trading is phenomenal! They have the most unique and incredible finds. It felt like we were treasure hunting where there was an abundance of treasure! This place is phenomenal. They have the most incredible and unique finds. It was like treasure hunting and the treasures were in abundance. The staff was so helpful and the best prices ever. We bought doors and windows for the price we were going to buy doors with - amazing. Loved our experience here and will certainly be back and will bring our friends.

It is a wonderful store with wonderful unique items at reasonable prices. Lee has been nothing but fair and honest in his dealings with us. We know the value of your reputation in business. We have dozens of satisfied clients that count Lee and Baldmor friends as well as business owners. He has helped out people down on their luck and I cannot say enough good things about him or his business. If he has one dissatisfied customer I can only speculate that that customer expected something which was not fair or feasible for Lee to do. We go back again and again and will continue to do so.
