Complete Automotive was founded by John Rowe when he acquired Wilmore Auto Worx to jump-start his dream of owning his own an automotive repair shop. His father worked in the automotive industry in San Luis Obispo and he has always been surrounded by cars and mechanics. In his youth he served our country as a mechanic and recovery expert in the US Army, and upon completing his service, John continued to do what he was passionate about: servicing vehicles and helping people in repair shops big and small around the country.
