My Samsung refrigerator water unit sprang a leak and my Best Buy service warranty used Appliance Central. They ordered parts, and came out about a week later. The technician said they ordered the wrong parts and it would take a week or 2 to get the needed parts it. It's now been a month since the refrigerator broke, I've left 4 messages for Kevin, the service warranty company has left messages with Kevin (the owner) and he has not returned either of our calls. This repair company is horrible, and I will demand the service warranty company get another repair guy to my house to replace the water dispenser unit. I wouldn't use these guys again...they are flakes, and I wonder if the reason that they haven't called back is because they can't find a used Samsung refrigerator to take the parts from then charge me for supposedly buying new parts!!! I can't even give these guys a "1", they don't deserve it.

Avoid this business! Do not allow your warranty repair company to refer your claim to them. Kevin and his technician have been fumbling my claim with LG for my washing machine that is 1 1/2 years old for the past 10 weeks! Long story short, the technician misdiagnosed a problem initially, didn't even show for the appointment with a standard hose to replace the one that had ballooned up with water, so I had to run to Home Depot to purchase, then told me nothing else was wrong with the machine. I then had to call a plumber because water was still leaking and appearing in the garage and exterior of my home when the machine is inside the laundry room. Plumber said its the machine so Appliance central technician comes back to say "whoops, my bad". What then transpires is 8 weeks of waiting for parts which I'm sure for the first 4 weeks were never on order and Kevin not returning my calls. I wait then have to call again to check on status to have Kevin tell me he has only 2 of the 3 parts but would track it down and schedule for the following week. Technician shows with only 2 of 3 parts and tells me he can't do the repair. So I ask "why he is even here?" and he tells me he was in the area anyways. Mind you, I've waited for nearly the entirety of my 3 hour window for the appointment. He then discovers they have ordered the wrong parts because he wrote down the wrong model #. One week later I still haven't heard from them so I call LG to file a second complaint and request a new service provider and sure enough Appliance Central has told LG that they satisfied the repair. When I call Kevin to discuss, he hangs up on me. Completely unprofessional and incompetent.

My Coke machine gave up the gh...

My Coke machine gave up the ghost and the entire system had to be replaced this time, again I took it to Appliance Central and it took some doing dealing with the company that I bought it from originally, but finally we were able to get the replacement sent out. A.C. replaced everything and the machine is now new again. The cost? Beyond fair is all I can say, I was shocked how inexpensively they did the work and to say the least "Thrilled". I understand that you cannot please everyone all the time, things happen, but this was a most wonderful experience and now I have my coke machine back and my deepest Thanks to Appliance Central for a great job at a great price.
