when i move there everything was fine the manager carmen was very nice then but once your in everything changes there after awhile there the true manager show her true colors how she really is so angry to little kids yelling at them and screaming. i never so a manager act like her carmen i also know that the rent there is going up so they are getting ridd off all of the old tennants that way they can get more money for the units by letting in new tennants. the way they are doing this by putting a 3 day notice on their doors and the tennant had the option to apeal or leave. you call the kae real state to complaint about it and they dont answer because they want tennants out. the major pain there is the manager who abuses of her power specially towards to the latino people there but not much to others there i guess because she is afraid of these tennants reaction . i seen them yelling at her and she dosent do anything at all but to walk away. but if you where a spanish speaking only.
