These apartments are glorified projects! The management is not helpful and are ghetto fabulous. If you are not part of their "click", then you will end up will a mailbox full of violations. You are not allowed to have plants, more than two lawn chairs, mops, brooms, etc on your balcony or porch. The kids can't even keep their damn toys on the patio. The security that they advertised consist of three cameras that only cover a small portion of the complex and a security company that makes ABC Security look like SWAT.



In addition, when it comes time to return your security deposit, they try to find ways to keep it by saying that they either have to replace things in the apartment or that you have caused excessive damage. They are continuously increasing the rent and you get nothing in return.
