May was extremely helpful. She helped me bring my plants from Asia. She did a wonderful job in keeping me informed of the process from shipment to the pick up at the USDA plant inspection. I decided to go with her when I read all great reviews and I looked for her to assist me. She had the patience to wait for me to get all the paperwork ready at the beginning. When you are looking for someone, please call and ask for her. You will not be disappointed. She does a great job. Highly recommend her.

The staff at Ability Customs are extremely helpful. They answer all my questions and more information than I thought I need. They also provided me more insight of my imported goods for future deliveries so I can clear and reduce my duties.
