I took my laptop to geek squad to get fixed and 4 days later they called me to pick It up. When I got home I booted it up andghere was a ton of geek squad and bestbuy branded spam all over!!!! I went back and they said its free softwhere I need... It was also running slower than when I droped it off with them. I found Computer tech express and they seamed nice enough. I drooped it off and a few hrs later they called me to pick it up! wow!!!! and I think it was even faster than when I bought it new!!! thanks guys! you rock
