Trying to work with Walk Rite Shoes has been a ridiculous experience!!! Shoes were ordered for me in February, and not only have I not received them, I can't get any information from these people because they apparently don't bother to answer their telephone........ever! I placed several calls, and have received about 3 return calls from someone who knows nothing about my order, and couldn't care less. Their service is less than zero........I have filed a claim......and plan to go elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

One of the most disappointing encounters in recent memory! I ordered a standard (not custom) pair of walking shoes on 5/21/2015 and I was told that they would be arrive in about four weeks. After five weeks I called and inquired about the order. I was told they would look into it and call back, but they never called. After eight weeks, I called again. This time the woman who answered was very rude, telling me that she didn't have time to look into my order. After nine weeks I demanded a refund, which they gave me.

I came in to the store suffering from foot pain and was sold on a custom orthotic for $300. Two adjustments and a few months later, the pain was the same. I went to a podiatrist and he informed me that I had a neuroma and did not need an orthotic. I went back to the store and spoke with the owner, Marj Bonsall, who said the doctor was wrong, even though she is not at MD. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked for a refund on a product and so-called expertise, which both turned out to be useless. Extremely poor product, customer service and commitment to satisfying the customer. I would not recommend Walk Rite for Life to anyone. Please do not listen to Marj's rants or advise - both are awful.

Expect to get lots of attention when you first come in and expect to pay in full for your shoes and then wait weeks or months for them. Then expect to be put off and put off and wait some more. I paid nearly $500 for two pairs on May 1st. It is July 23. I still don't have them. Look up Yelp reviews before going here. Previously this store was Bonsall's Walk Rite and then Foot Solutions. I wish I'd never gone into this store.
