I purchased a casket spray and pallbearer boutonnières for my father's funeral. They were delivered and the flowers were very fresh. They were very helpful and professional.

I ordered a dozen of purple roses from Valley Florist by phone for the valentine day. The person who ansswered the phone was not sound very friendly and when i call back to check on the status of delivery, the staff there said.."we don't do that" That did not leave me with good impressions of good customer service. The flowesr I received was way over priced for their quality ($98.31 total for dozen short-stem roses with delivery)and the decoration was somewhat unprofessional (missing ribbons). The roses started deteriorating after two days so I brought the flowers back to the store on the third day. The store owner was nicely explained certain reasons that cause the roses to go bad so soon and the price went up during the valentine was normal everywhere. Regardless, the store owner quickly promised to re-deliver different flowers which have higher quality than the one i got on the valentine day on the same day without charge. We received the flowers on the that day and the quality was great as the store owner promised. Never again would I order flower by phone.
