I have used this store and the employees have been good and efficient and kind. I needed an estimate on a large package and had a tape measure with me. My box was 42.5 by 14.5 by 14 7/8. When they put in the dimensions they rounded it up to 16" on both sides that were clearly under 15. This increased the cost by $4. The employee said the owner put his job on the line and was ordered to add 1" on all real measurements beyond rounding up. This is fraud and cheating the customer as the price is based on dimensional weight. They do this to every box that comes through the door and this is illegal. You will get ripped off if you go there.
