Yes five star's.I called south bay to see if they had what I needed .Seth got on the phone said he did'nt carry it but would see if he could get it and add it to his next order.Two Dy's later he called telling me he had it behind the counter with my name on it.I'm bed bound and use my wife as my go get girl.She don't like going most place's for me but Seth made my wife fell welcome at ease and she left having no problem returning any time I need her to.Thank's SETH.The prices are great.This is my first review.Bass bill

I go to South Bay Hydro store all the time. Price is right/ WAIT price is great. The customer service is off the charts. Everyone that works in this store Is really knowledgeable on what you need to know. And don't forget the customer service is great. If your planing on having a garden go to South Bay. You can't go wrong coming here
