South and East Bay Airport Shuttle

Do not use this shuttle service ... unless you enjoy being robbed. We had a prepaid (credit card) reservation. The driver picked us up as planned. But halfway through the ride, he stopped on the shoulder of Hwy 101, and demanded we pay him cash !!!! He would not move until we gave him money !!!! The company apologized, saying their driver had just gotten a little too greedy and not to worry, they will refund our money. Well, two months later and no refund. I'd say the company is as crooked as their drivers.

I booked and prepaid for shuttle service using the south bay web page. I booked service from my house to SFO and from SFO back to my house.



The company called me the night before and confirmed a pickup time. Then the following day the shuttle showed up 1 hour early and rushed me into the bus saying that the other passengers are waiting on me. In the rush I forgot several things including my jacket for a business trip to the Nort East.



Returning home, my flight arrived just before midnight (on time), I called the shuttle company and they said that I would have to wait one hour for the shuttle bus. An hour and a half later the bus showed up. I finally arrived home around 3:00am. To add insult to injury, the driver insisted on a $10 surcharge because he had to pick me up after 11:30pm. I told him the my travel was prepaids and I should charge him a $10 surcharge for being so late.



Based on my experience, don't use this shuttle service!

My brother left for Europe on 11/14/08 his flight was@ 6am after booking them online I got a phone call to confirm the address, date and flight number. I was told that it will be grace time of 15 min, the driver had arrived at 3am she was very friendly and my brother was very satisfied with their service.

I booked online a few days ago, and my flight plans changed today, so I went back to their site and I saw I could either cancel or edit my reservation right there on their site. They picked me up and all was great. It was so easy!
