Very money oriented business. There is no "real" teaching. The belts advancement is basically a profit-making process. If you see a child, among their students, who is very good in KungFu, don't think that has anything to do with this business. He or she must be talented in KungFu, and could have achieved to the current level from any other KungFu academy institute.
