Is or is NOT a good place to work?

I read the other feedback and frankly I have no idea what he's talking about. I've had the pleasure of working with the company for 5 years, and never once have I experienced any harassment or profane verbal assault. The management team works diligently to retain the best and brightest employees in Santa Clara. And while its no vacation, it is certain not as exaggerated or dire as the other poster makes it out to be. Obviously, it sounds like he was a former disgruntled employee, and that leads me to question why his employment was terminated in the first place.
