I was a little hesitant to do BJJ after COVID. This place is clean and they follow protocols which made me feel better. Im really just looking for basic self defense in these crazy times so I was also worried about UFC wanna-be over aggressive guys. But everyone is so humble and more focused on teaching you for the greater good.

BJJ after school for kids

My neighbors kids have been going to this neighborhood gym for a couple of months now. Its hard to get my kids off video games and television when i am cleaning and finishing up work. I take my two boys over to this dojo a few times a week and they love it. I shop at Costco and make phone calls and get other stuff done while the kids are busy.

really modern looking jiu jitsu gym. nice locker room and mat space, not large, and very friendly group of folks there
