Did not get past the initial phone call. The proprietor evidently uses his personal phone for business, and simply answers with "hello". Add in the screaming child in the background, and I felt sure I had dialed the wrong number. The price quoted for the job was extremely reasonable, but just couldn't get past the initial impression. Hopefully they learn.
