Hey, I just went through a sell/buy with Nancy Pearson as my agent for both transactions. Through no fault of hers, the sell of the home became a nightmare (lenders and their myriad of new rules), but I'm so glad that I had someone like Nancy on my side. We talked and commiserated daily and there isn't anyone I would have wanted to go through this with besides her. She really earned her commissions!
