Like many other Silicon Valley companies, Pacific Coast Mechanical got its start in owner Mark Torrisis garage in 1991. A journeyman with 14 years experience, Mark felt that he could make a significant contribution to his community by delivering heating, ventilation, & air condition services personally.In the beginning, Mark serviced all customer calls. As the business grew, Mark increased his staff to meet the demands of his growing customer base. Our service department delivers complete HVAC service for Residential & Commercial customers alike including: New equipment installation, equipment maintenance, and of course servicing of most brands of heating and air conditioning equipment. Pacific Coast Mechanical is a Carrier dealer. We install primarily Carrier equipment, a brand we trust to give our customers the quality of home heating and cooling comfort they and their families deserve. It is our goal to offer customers high quality equipment, personal and trustworthy service and a competitive pricing structure.
