Spiders and drug store beetles flood the property. I found two black widow spiders behind my fridge and all of my stored grains, rices, etc. were infested with drug store beetles. Management never responded to repair requests, and they constantly play "hot potato" when dealing with customers.



Ron Miller spoke to me when moving in and reassured me that they were an honest property management company. However, on move out they overcharged me and when I kindly asked to speak to Ron (the same person who insisted on speaking with me when I moved in), he literally refused to answer the phone. Instead, Aaron Miller (I believe his son) answered the phone and told me they don't want to speak to me. What was I calling in regard to? A $200 cleaning charge on move-out, despite the fact that I took over the lease from a friend and the place was never cleaned in between. The apartment was actually left in a significantly cleaner condition than when I moved in.

These folks at Miller and Hinkle have been managing my property for 25 years and are trustworthy and hard working. Vacancies are rare, monthly reports are on line and rents are up to market rates. I trust these guys , so my retirement is more peaceful. Stan M.

To everyone out there - renters or owners - I can tell you that this is THE WORST property management company to exist EVER. First time we used to rent out our property and had a really horrific experience. Everyone there that we worked with - had absolutely NO CLUE - our HANDY MAN was much better advertising, explaining to the prospective renters the details of the house IN THE PRESENCE OF THE GUYS FROM MILLER AND HINKLE.



All they do is sweet talk for the first time you meet - after that - its a downward spiral - and the only thing you would be left with is disgust and frustration.

I'm an owner of a property managed by Miller and Hinkle and based on my experience, I would recommend their services both to owners of property and renters who are looking for a home. I've had experience with other property managers and this company has simply been the best. They are professional, thorough and you get the feeling that they are taking a personal interest in your needs. I have not experienced this with other management companies. Every time I have business with Ron Miller, he explains the situation and takes care of my needs efficiently. I have also been impressed with other people who work in the office which gives me a sense of confidence that I have the right people representing me. If you also want to feel confidence when it comes to your property management needs, I would look no further than Miller and Hinkle.
