My tenant's house burned down ...

My tenant's house burned down this Monday & next morning, there were few public adjuster knocking on our door included Mr. Kip. Everyone wants to represent us, and I wasnt sure if I needed an adjuster since we were in good terms with our insurance. After 2 days, the company came back with a very low number to fix our house up, I decided to bring in a public adjuster. I interviewed and called references all of the adjusters and decided on Mr. Kip Martin. He said he knows the ins and outs of the insurance company and our city to give us recommendations in restoring our house. Although, he said he is a one man with few assistants running the business. So he will be very busy, but he will help us to the ends. Is almost a week, and everything is going well with us. I will evaluate and update this status & will report bad/good thing about Mr. Kip.

There's so much I could say......

There's so much I could say...but all I want to write is that Kip is just terrible. As the angry customer stated about his case, our case is still also open. He is just in it for the money. Take your business elsewhere people! Better companies out there...doesn't even deserve a star.

In response to your posting. I would be happy to provide you with evidence supporting how helpful this company is with claims. We do not know WHO YOU ARE and what you are saying is untrue. Every client has ended their claim with substantially more money than the insurance company is willing to initially give. I had a major fire in my home. I interviewed several adjusters and chose Kip Martin.

I thought Kip did a very good job and was able to deliver as promised. There are times when he was very busy but he accomplished what he set out to do.

I do not think June is his assistant as she handled my personal belongings claim and did a very good job as well. You can not expect that someone as busy as Kip would not have an assistant to field calls. It is the bottom line that counts and he delivered! By the way he did not ask to paid until the end when his part was done.

Kip Martin seems to be this sincere person until he receives his money. Then he pushes you off to the side and doesn't help you. He won't respond to your calls, he'll just tell you to call June his assistant. She'll just give you the run around. Kip has been helping us for 14 months and our claim is still open and his asst. gives us a run around. Don't be fooled by him!!!
