I went in for a haircut, a very simple style and my hair is easy to work. I ended up with a haircut that was 1.5 inches longer than what I asked for, blunt uneven ends and layers. I went to another salon two days later to get it fixed and when the new stylist looked at my hair, she asked if my mom had cut it. They are desperate for customers and I see why!!! Extremely mediocre work at their best. Terrible is a compliment! I hate to give small business owners a bad rating but I would give zero stars if I could.
