I have been speaking with Geoff at Marcone for over 3 years now and he's very knowledgeable. He has delivered on all of his promises and I highly recommend Marcone to anyone looking for parts on appliances!

After being assured that the full purchase price, including base cost/tax/shipping, would be refunded if returned "new" within 14 days, they then wanted to deduct the shipping and make me pay for the return shipping. When I brought up the fact that their rep had told me differently, the lame excuse offered was "he shouldn't have told you that". So it then became my fault for relying on their employee's statement.

Never, Never trust what their salespeople say; never , never trust what their corporate officer says-was told that he would take care of the return shipping and a full refund would be given.

Wound up having to call Amex to get credit and let them handle the dispute. Forget about the term"Midwest values"; Marcone doesn't have them!!!

Would never use them again-there are many other reputable dealers that can deliver what they promise.
