First time customer. Got a box of lamb chops (actually shoulder chops) after the guy praised the meat big time and stating that he sells many of these boxes and its popular from New Zealand. The box costs $44.00. The meat is like card board, disgusting. Never have I eaten such meat across US (various ethnic store) or any country.



Called back and suggested to refund the remaining half of the meat or exchange with something else. He is adamant and will not do anything. He refused and offered reasons like he won't be in business if he sells bad meat etc. Looks like the person is interested in doing one time business. There are many stores in south bay I bought meat. I have never in the last 20 years returned or thought about returning meat. I eat meat regularly.



The guy is sweet talking, will talk you into buying stuff and will also try to sell his wife's recruiting business etc.
