Poor service and lack of follow-up

JK was one of three bids that I received to do some stone work on my house. I had problems communicating with them and they did not clean up the jobsite. Their work was decent quality but I had to complain several times to get them to redo work that was not done correctly the first time. Bottom line is that I would not hire them again. A friend of mine hired S&S Tile and Masonry in San Jose and had much better luck with them.
