This is the worst lawyer for customer because they represent the big guy, like Citibank and Chase. We are the 99% while they represent the 1%. Tried to settle but they wont even help out. The supervisor was so cold heart, I wonder does she have a heart. She said, "why should I settle with you, when we have a judgement against you." Told her that I'm trying to get my life together. She said, "well pay off the debt of $22,000." Now if I have that kind of money, I would but I don't. I have 4 young children and unemployed. My husband can't find a job as a contractor. Why are they so cold hearted.
