This place is infested with Roaches, constatntly being told that I have to have my house ready for fumigation because of nasty neighbours. Im averaging 1x every 2 months. Mold is in EVERY WINDOW of my house, they tell me to spray 409 cleaner every weekend to get rid of it. I want it gone not bleached thanks... People in the community are disrespectful, they party all the time, leave trash everywhere, toss there own garbage on the side of the garbage cans and not in it.. oohh and the best part of all the honking. There are people who honk there horns for 20 seconds at a time waiting for who ever parked in their parking spot to move there car.. Even if its 3-4 in the morning.. and wont stop until the person comes out to move the car, even if it takes 45 minutes.. The managers NEVER fix anything, and act like they are too busy and too inconvienenced to do anything. They are also too broke to fix anything, and threaten the tenants with raising rent if things don't start changing. There is so much negativity about this place, no need to continue..

These Apartments have been the worse place i have ever lived in. It is infested with cats, roaches, & hoodlums. There are about three apartments that have only been remodeled completely ( the whole premise torn down & remodeled, LITERALY). The house walls & ceilings creek, leak, & stench. There is mold in every window of the house, bathroom ceiling & under the sinks. The walls are painted incorrectly & so are the bathtubs. Who paints the bathtub? The sliding doors are placed incorrectly, the glass is carved with graffitti, some of the outlets don't function, the kitchen cabinets are missing screws, the vents of the air conditioning only work in the first story of the house & two rooms upstairs. The garbage disposals are packed with trash, they fall out of the trash & isn't picked up untill maintanence comes back to work on the weekdays. there is furniture thrown in there, resident trash are thrown into the kids playground trash bins. during the week, the hoodlums have their music extremely loud while others are sleeping ( 2-3 IN THE MORNING!). THERE IS MORE TO SAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO FIND A PLCE TO LIVE IN. THANK YOU FO TAKING THE TIME TO READ THE REVIEW OF FOXDALE MANOR APARTMENTS & HOPE YOU RECONSIDER IN MOVING IN HERE. These apartments have had sightings of ghosts. The apartments were build on top of and old cementery and that there were still some graves. At one apartment a young woman hung hersefl because her family left her. There have been sightings of her after her death.
