Property managers have to inspect something at least once a month and whether your home or not they enter your unit, also the way management micro manages the property makes residents feel uncomfortable and gives the feeling like you need to walk on eggshells. They give you a list of how you should be cleaning your unit, unless you have car insurance at a higher rate then what the law requires they wont let you park in the garage and if your car leaks any fluid of any your not allowed to park in garage and there is no street parking around the building. Management takes what little authority she has like if she is the law (her law).
