I am a female business owner of a beauty salon and spa in Los Altos. I have never received such excellent professional service as I did yesterday from $15 Drain. I had a clogged drain, I called another plumber the day before, Mike Counsil plumbing who came out and used scare tactics to justify his quote of $1,492.00. I did not use them called $15 Drain, James came out unclogged the drain and total cost for the job $83.00. Do not hesitate to trust and call $15 Drain for any problems you may have.

The drain pipe in the laundry room was overflowing and we needed to have the pipe snaked out, so the owner called $15.00 Sewer & Drain to do the work. They promised to have a technician at my home within an hour of the initial call and they were very prompt. The technician made me a little nervous at first because I was home alone and he was a very big man dressed in normal street clothes, no identifying shirt or uniform, he was not carrying any tools, his van was parked down the street and I could not see it, and he did not offer any information on who he was and why he was there until I pressed him for it. I think the company should stress to their technicians that they should identify themselves immediately and state their purpose for being there to put their customers' minds at ease. Anyway, he was able to pinpoint where the backup was and had the equipment and tools to do the job right away and resolved the problem. He explained to me exactly what the problem was, replaced the washer/dryer to its original place, and he didn't mind me watching him work or asking questions. The bill for the service was reasonable and the office agreed to bill the owner directly so I did not have to worry about paying the bill and getting reimbursed from the owner. I would call this company in the future if drain service is needed again, and I would refer them to others as well.
