Trying to report fraudulent activity in my bank account. Ebay website was useless as it gave no telephone number and no ability to contact the security department without entering the system with account id and password. By contrast, Target immediately transferred me to their fraud unit who took the appropriate information and within minutes verified and reversed the fraudulent entry! I guess Ebay needs to loose millions in fraud before they adopt an efficient system for dealing with fraud.
