I have netbook eee computer bought by my son in SF, on 1.may 2010.Its model is ASUS1005HA ACPI - BIOS revision 1301, core version 1301, firmware version EPCD-034.

I had problem and the difficulty felt by your service center in Kilpauk, chennai was I did not have the CD drive, which was borrowed by the center from Bangalore, and it could be repaired. I wonder if you ould provide me with the CD so that in future, this can bea used for fixing any problem in future. My son says he is not given any CD, or he does not have it. I got good service from them. It was not cheap; but they recovered all the folders and files that I requested. They did the work in 48 hours. I would recommend them. I had the impression that they were honest. There was no indication that they stole data of any kind; their bill was exactly what they had estimated.

I sent my crash hard drive for recovery and they don't know what they are doing. Not only did they cannot recover the data, but started to whine about how much work they put in and that would require some $300 labor cost ! Hello, didn't your website say "No data, No payment???". Totally unprofessional! Go to DriveSavers in Novato. They are more professional and competent!
