Unpleasant and unprofessional personal service. The male stylist (big guy) not only gave me the most lopsided, worst haircut of my life but had an in-your-face, confrontational, personally insulting manner. Guess I was not responding to him as he wanted because at one point he told me I was too serious & should lighten up cause life was too short. Huh? I had just been sitting there listening to him. Lobbed some other inappropriate personal comments, as well. Bottom line, got a bad cut from an angry dude.
