Great service. I took my laptop after it crashed, I need my files badly and they were able to retrieve those. I was so thankful they were able to fixed my laptop in just few hours. The technicians are friendly and professional. Their service is highly recommended.

I was stuck in Fremont with a ...

I was stuck in Fremont with a "dead" laptop and little clue to what went wrong. I called around to some of the local computer repair shops and they pre-diagnosed it as a failed motherboard that would run me anywhere from $200-$500 to replace it...not to mention the time it would take to repair it (1-3 days). Luckily I called Chris Ward over at ClickAway and he let me know they would do the diagnosis for free (which was a relief because other places were charging around $30 just to look at it). Although it was a long drive, I decided to take the journey over to visit with him. Once I got there, I was in and out within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue immediately (bad battery) and had a new one in stock. He only charged me for the new battery, which was pricey at $140, but I was happy to pay. Hopefully I'll never have to visit ClickAway again, because it would mean my computer is stressing me out, but if I have any problems, I'll call Chris and his staff before anyone else. I should also mention that I have a MacBook; ClickAway specializes in and is an authorized dealer for both Mac and Lenovo (IBM PCs). OK, that sounded like a sales pitch, but it's good to know, right?
